The Warny solution is a hybrid solution consisting of two main components. The Warny appliance (also known as the edge device) which is installed on-premise, and the cloud hosted Bigmate Insights Platform. The Warny appliance connects to the Bigmate Platform via an internet connection and sends processed data to the cloud. This is where SMS/email notifications are triggered based on events that were calculated on the Warny appliance.
Clients may also install Bigmate’s Warny Alarm which is optional and provides a solution to let people know in real time that a safety event is occurring. These are installed on-site, often near where the events can occur.
