As events are processed in real-time on the edge device run on the CCTV camera network, the Warny Alarms will continue to fire in the event Warny loses its internet connection. The SMS/email alerts however are triggered from the Bigmate Insights Platform which is hosted with Amazon Web Services in the cloud. In the event Warny loses internet connection, it will back-log SMS and email alerts which will be sent as soon as the internet connection is restored.
