Adding a new camera is simple and Bigmate can configure this for you. Please contact support@bigmate.com.au and provide the following information so we can add the new camera for you and contact you if we need further information:
- appliance ID (found on the appliance)
- Camera make and model
- Confirm RTSP stream including username and password
