Occasionally you may be granted access to a new vehicle or device in the Bigmate Tracking Platform that does not immediately become visible on the Tracking Screen for you.
There are two main steps to resolving this issue.
Step 1
The first step to this is to log out of the platform and then back in, you can access the Log Out or Exit button from the main menu as shown below:
Step 2
If this does not correct the issue, you can force the platform to update the list of vehivles shown by using the Add/Remove entities button as demonstrated below:
